Staff and students are invited to join us for a free morning tea to check in with each other, and ask "Are you really OK?"

Townsville - Central Plaza - 10am to 12pm

R U OK? Day, is our national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone to ask, "Are you OK?" and to remember every day of the year to support people who may be struggling with life's ups and downs.

Do you know someone who might be struggling right now?  This is a quick guide on how you can support someone struggling with mental health.

Contact the ¾Ã²ÝÊÓƵ Student Equity and Wellbeing team if you aren't feeling OK and need extra support.  Appointments are free and confidential, available Mon-Fri between 9am-4pm - jcu.edu.au/sew.
